ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ One in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India declaring the action of the 4th respondent are not taking necessary action against the 5th respondent by considering the petitioners representation dated 27.07.2025 with regard to illegal detention by deceitful words of petitioners daughter as per BNSS as illegal arbitrary and violation of Article 14 21 of the Constitution of India and against under Section 174 and 175 of BNSS and consequently direct the Respondent No.4 to take action by considering the petitioners the representation dated 27.07.2025 and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri Y.Latchanna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the daughter of the petitioner is major and married and during the succession of her first marriage, she is residing with unofficial respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
