GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV (AP) The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not extending benefit under G.O.Ms.No.138 Finance (HR-IV) Department dated 8.8.2017, wherein Superannuation age extended from 58 years to 60 years, inspite of the representations filed by the petitioner dated 18.5.2018 is arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to extend the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.138 to the petitioner and continue his services till he attains the age of 60 years.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent – Society would submit that, in the light of the interim order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018, dated 21.06.2018, the Respondent Authorities have complied with the said order and the Petitioner was continued in service till he attained the superannuation age of 60 years. 3. Ms.P.Padmavathi, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
