By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction upon the respondents to update the service book and HRMS of the petitioner and accordingly grant the benefits of ACP and MACP scheme as well as revise his salary after granting the benefits of ACP and MACP Scheme and pay the arrears of revised salary and all consequential benefits.
3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that several representations have been given by the petitioner to the respondent authorities but the same have not yet been decided.
4. Counsel for the State submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation and it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any relief, the same would be extended to him.
5. Considering the submissions made above, the petitioner is
directed to file his representation along with a copy of this order before respondent No. 4 i.e. the Engineer-in-Chief, Drinking Water and Sanitation Department, Govt. of Jharkhand within four weeks from today and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled to get any benefit the same shall be extended to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
6. It is made clear that if it is necessary to place the case of the
petitioner before any Board or any other authority, the same shall be placed by the respondent No. 4 within the aforesaid period. If it is held that the petitioner is not entitled for any relief, a reasoned order to that effect indicating the reason of such denial should be communicated to him within such period.
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
