He has handed over the cash of Rs. 5,00,000/- to the learned advocate for the petitioner towards installment of 10.09.2025. 4. He has also tendered unconditional apologies for not paying the installment. He has assured that the next installment due on 10.10.2025 will be paid to the petitioner as per schedule. 5. In view of the above, by accepting unconditional apology and the assurance given by the contemnor to this Court non-bailable warrant issued against respondent no. 2/Contemnor is cancelled. 6.
