The petitioner has paid Rs.1,00,000/- today to the respondent. The respondent reports the receipt of Rs.1,00,000/- from the petitioner. 3. The petitioner submits that, he has no objection for the respondent withdrawing Rs.2,50,000/- deposited before the Trial Court. 4. In view of the settlement, the offence under Section 138 of N.I.
