There are some positions vacant, which are to be filled up. For that purpose, the petitioner sought approval of the respondent no.5, the Chief Education Officer, Haridwar. But, it has yet not been accorded. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that similar controversy has already been decided this Court in WPMS No. 1007 of 2025, Committee of Management Vs. State of Uttarakhand. This fact is not denied by learned State counsel. On behalf of the petitioner, it is submitted that the last representation was made on 13.10.2024 (Annexure 12) to the respondent no.5, the Chief Education Officer, Haridwar. Learned counsel for the State would submit that the representation dated 13.10.2024 given by the petitioner shall be decided by the respondnet no.5, the Chief Education Officer, Haridwar within a period of one month. The Court takes on record the statement given by leanred State counsel. The writ petition is disposed of the direction to the respondnet no.5, the Chief Education Officer, Haridwar to take a decision on the representation dated 13.10.2024 given by the petitioner within a period one month from today.
