The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jarmundi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1- B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Md. Zaved Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dumka. It was submitted that a country made pistol and five live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody for about eight months. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Md.
