It is alleged that in teeth of the orders passed by this Court in Application u/s 482 No.13608 of 2024 the authorities are trying to demolish the petitioners' construction. Records reveal existence of civil dispute in respect of immovable property. In the facts of the case, remedy of the petitioner would be to seek appropriate protection from the civil court. We are informed that an injunction application has already been filed in the suit instituted by the petitioner. In such circumstances, the petitioner must press the application for early disposal of the injunction application. Filing of a writ petition for such purposes would not be the appropriate remedy. Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy before the competent civil court, this petition is consigned to records.
