This application has been preferred by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 16.08.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 4513 of 2024. In A.B.A. No. 4513 of 2024, an order was passed on 16.08.2024 in which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and he was directed to surrender within a period of four weeks. The modification which has been sought for is with respect to extension of the period of surrender as directed by this Court on account of illness of the wife of the petitioner due to which he could not surrender within the time specified by this Court. Regard being had to the above, the order date 16.08.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 4513 of 2024 is modified by extending the period of surrender by a further period of three weeks from today.
