1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition.
2. The present petition has been filed seeking following relief in prayer:-
“1) That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN
2 call for the entire records of the case for perusal. 2) That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 31.08.2021 passed in Miscellaneous Case No.1653/2021 by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Surajpur, District – Surajpur(C.G.) (Annexure P-6). 3) That the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the F.I.R. No.0159/2021 registered on 07.09.2021 ay Police Station Vishrampur, District – Surajpur(C.G.) against the petitioner under Section 420, 294, 506 B of I.P.C. (Annexure P-7). 4) That such other reliefs which the Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case be also granted to the petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2 submit that in the present case the trial is in progress and the recording of prosecution evidence is going on. 4, There was no interim order in the matter. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called up for hearing, hence, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter further and considering that the trial is in progress, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.
