Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Murhu P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 238 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 341, 323, 385, 387, 427, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M. at Khunti. 3. On 25.07.2023, rangdari was demanded from the Informant from mobile no. 7783094870. 4. It was submitted that the said mobile number does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that there was no delivery of money. It was finally submitted that co-accused Jorge Sandi Purty has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 4306 of 2024 and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. at Khunti in connection with Murhu P.S.
