(ii) grant any other order(s), deemed fit & just in the facts & circumstance of the case in favour of petitioner.” 3 It has been pointed out by learned State counsel that in the present petition though the petitioners had challenged the impugned FIR, but at this stage, charge-sheet has already been submitted and charges have already been framed against them. 4 In view of the same, we do not find any good ground for interference.
