The learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 has submitted a communication dated 24.04.2026, issued by the Under Secretary to the Government of Assam, Revenue & D.M. Department, which reveals that the Revenue & D.M. Department has released a fund amounting to Rs. 900.90562/- Lakhs to the District Commissioner, South Salmara, Mankachar for clearing GR-Flood liabilities of the Contempt Petitioners of the financial year for 2016- 17, vide letter ECF No. 514532/1071, dated 23.03.2026. 3. The communication dated 24.04.2026, along with the aforesaid letter dated 23.03.2026, is kept on record, by marking ‘X’. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2 prays for some time to complete his instructions, as to the release of the amount by the respondent No. 2 to the petitioner. 5. 3(three) week’s time is granted to the respondents to complete Page No.# 3/3 his instructions. 6.
