By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “I. That a writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued thereby directing the respondent authority to issue passport to the petitioner forthwith so that the petitioner can participate in the championship which is going to be held w.e.f. 18.08.2025 to 25.08.2025. II. That the respondent authority be further directed not to create any hurdle in issuing the passport to the petitioner and the same be issued in a time bound manner.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:23589 3. Taking into consideration that in terms of Annexure P-5, the application of the petitioner for the grant of permit him under review for the reasons mentioned therein, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let a final decision be taken in the said regard strictly in-consonance with the provisions of the Passports Act,1967 as well as Rules framed thereunder on or before 28.07.2025. 4.
