Petitioner before this Court was retired in the year 2018 and now he has approached this Court after about seven years that his pension was not correctly fixed and some other retiral benefits were not granted. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted a short representation on 23.02.2021 and thereafter a recent representation dated 08.01.2025 that his grievance be considered. 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents submits that petitioner has approached this Court at a very belated stage. 5. I have considered the submission and considering that prayer is with regard to fixation of pension, therefore, even petitioner has approached this Court at belated stage, still his claim can be considered. 6. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with observation that if petitioner submits a fresh detail representation describing all details on facts and law and handover the same to Respondent-2, i.e., Regional Manager, Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur, within a period of two weeks from today, the said respondent will give a proper receipt of it and thereafter petitioner’s representation be decided in accordance with law within a reasonable time.
