Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mandu (WB) P.S. Case No. 226 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. 3. On 21.09.2024 robbery was committed in the house of the Informant by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused Saddam. It was finally submitted that co- accused Samim Khan has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 11075 of 2024. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection with Mandu (WB)P.S.
