This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing respondent nos.2 to 4, to cancel the lease dated 8.8.2024 and take action against the guilty persons by respecting and complying with the provisions and guidelines prescribed in the Government Order No.3469 dated 26.3.2010 by conducting an impartial inquiry and by registering a First Information Report. 3. The petitioner has not been able to establish his locus to file the present writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
