Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Cr.MP(M) No.2518 of 2025 By way of this application, a prayer has been made for condonation of delay in filing the petition. 2. The order under challenge is dated 10.09.2024. Though, learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner tried to explain the reason as to why the petitioner could not approach the Court either within the period of limitation or within some reasonable period thereafter, but we are not convinced. The fact of the matter is that the order was passed on 10.09.2024 and the present proceedings have been filed on 23.09.2024. The revision petition is directed against the order passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chamba, H.P., in terms whereof, the prayer 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 22025:HHC:35440 for maintenance of the respondents has been allowed to the extent that monthly maintenance allowance to the tune of Rs.1,000/- has been ordered to be paid in favour of the wife of the present petitioner and Rs.2500/- in favour of two and half months old child of the petitioner. 3. We are of the considered view that as the period for filing the revision petition has expired and the petitioner has approached this Court belatedly and that too, without explaining cogently as to why the revision petition could not be filed either within the period of limitation or within some reasonable period thereafter, condonation of delay would cause hardship to the respondents. 4.
