ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“… to issue Writ or order or orders more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s Mee Seva F-line Application No.FSNV012500724259, dated 04.05.2025 to conduct survey and to mutate the name of petitioner in the revenue records with regard to the subject lands in Sy.No.192/1 admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.85 cents, Sy.No.192/2 admeasuring an extent of Ac.1.57 cents and Sy.No.192/2 admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.60 cents situated at P.Jagannadhapuram village, Prathipadu Mandal, Kakinada District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s Mee Seva F-line application dated 04.05.2025 and pass such other order or orders.…”
2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue furnished the proceedings dated 25.08.2025 addressed by the Tahsildar, Prathipadu. In that proceedings, it is clearly stated that the F-Line application dated 04.05.2025 filed by the petitioner, to conduct survey and fix the boundaries for the subject land, was rejected on the ground that the petitioner is not the pattadar of the said land. It is further contended that an appeal is provided under Section 11 of the A.P. Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and the petitioner may avail the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to avail the remedy provided under Section 11 of the A.P. Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
