When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that, during the pendency of the above writ petition, the parties have arrived at a compromise and to that effect the joint memorandum of compromise between the petitioner / management and the Workmen dated 11.03.2025 has been filed before this Court, which has been signed by the management and the respondent union and also by the learned counsel for the parties. 3.
