Order 18/08/2025
(3 of 3) [CW-17168/2024]
1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application submitted by the petitioner under Section 251(A) of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act was allowed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Neem Ka Thana vide order dated
18.09.2023. Counsel submits that the aforesaid order was assailed by the respondents by availing two parallel remedies; one by way of filing an appeal before the Revenue Appellate Authority (for short ‘RAA’) and another by way of filing the revision petition before the Board of Revenue (for short ‘Board’). Counsel submits that in both the appeal as well as in the revision petition, interim stay order was passed. Counsel submits that the appeal submitted by the respondents before the RAA has been dismissed on 23.07.2025, now the revision petition is pending before the Board against the same impugned order dated 18.09.2023. Counsel submits that a direction be issued to the Board to decide the revision petition within a time frame.
2. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the expectation from the Board to decide the pending revision petition expeditiously, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
3. The stay application and all pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
