Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khelari P.S. Case No. 95 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 2671 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 115(2), 118(1), 109, 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Gautam Govinda, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi. 3. On 13.09.2024 petitioner is alleged to have inflicted knife blow on the waist of the Informant, causing injury. 4. Injury report earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the Informant has sustained simple injury. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Gautam Govinda, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi in connection with Khelari P.S.
