It is submitted that the present writ petition has been filed on the ground that an execution proceeding was pending before the District Consumer Redressal Commission, but the Commission was not functioning. Accordingly, the writ petition was preferred and on 05.12.2025 an interim order has been obtained by the petitioner in I.A.1 of 2025 in this writ petition. Learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that presently the State Commission is functioning and the execution proceeding (EA 10 of 2024) is listed on 28.04.2026. In view of the same, the instant writ petition is disposed of and closed directing the parties to the lis to approach the District Consumer Redressal Commission, West Tripura, for appropriate redressal.
