Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 284 of 2024, for the offence under sections 308(4), 308(5), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Sidhant Tigga, learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur. On 13.10.2024 at about 6:10 P.M., rangdari was demanded from the informant. Rangdari was demanded by mobile phone. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that the mobile phone by which rangdari was demanded does not belong to the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Criminal antecedent report of the petitioner earlier called for has been received, it appears that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
