Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the case and the counter case between the family members of the petitioner and his wife, a direction may be given to the police to protect his life and liberty since he intend to go to the Court tomorrow for submitting the personal bond in compliance of the orders passed by the learned I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Narasaroapet in CrI.M.P.Nos.3410 & 3411 of 2025 in Crime No. 35 of 2025 of Narasaraopet i Town P.S. 4. Learned Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4 5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
