In this writ petition, petitioner is assailing the notice dated 10.06.2025 and notice dated 24.06.2025 issued by respondent -Thasildar vide Annexures- F and G respectively; 4. Sri. Surendra Kumar N., learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the impugned notice - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24462 WP No. 19857 of 2025 dated 10.06.2025 and notice dated 24.06.2025 issued by respondent-Thasildar vide Annexures-F and G have been issued taking penal action against the petitioner herein. However, no fair or reasonable opportunity was afforded to the petitioner to submit a reply or explanation in response to the said notice. Accordingly, sought for interference of this court. 5. In that view of the matter, having taken note of the factual aspects on record, the petitioner is permitted to file reply/objections to impugned notice dated 10.06.2025 and notice dated 24.06.2025 issued by respondent-Thasildar (Annexures- F and G) within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and thereafter, respondent No.1-Thasildar shall take decision in the matter in accordance with law, taking into consideration the reply/objections that may be filed by the petitioner herein as stated above. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24462 WP No. 19857 of 2025 Till then no coercive steps be take against the petitioner.
