The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jaldega (Bansjor O.P.) P.S. Case No. 54/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 20(b)(ii) & 22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Simdega. 3. On 21.10.2024 at about 8:00 P.M., Jaldega (Bansjor O.P.) police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, 9.42 Kgs. of cannabis were recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph 16 of this bail application. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Simdega in connection with Jaldega (Bansjor O.P.)
