The present contempt case has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties alleging wilful violation of the order dated 2nd February, 2012 passed in W.P. (C) No.1504 of 2008. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 31st January, 2025, the opposite party no.3-Ghansyam Ram (Circle Officer, Hehal, Ranchi) is physically present. 3. Mr. Ravi Kerketta, learned S.C.-VI, appearing on behalf of the said opposite party refers to paragraph no.7 of the supplementary show cause affidavit dated 21st February, 2025, which reads as under: “That it is most humbly stated and submitted that in the light of order passed in W.P. (C) No.1504 of 2008, Mauza-Bariatu, Thana No.141, Khata No.73, Total area of 5.34 Acres the land receipt has been generated and the online portal has been opened for the petitioner which has been informed to the petitioner through the registered post as well he has been communicated through whatsapp. Photocopy of rent receipt and postal slip has been annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-A.” 4. It is also submitted that the said officer has already paid the cost of Rs.5,000/- in favour of Advocate’s Clerks Association Welfare Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi from his salary account vide memo no.1281, dated 12th February, 2025 in compliance of the order dated 31st January, 2025. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the opposite party no.3 has now complied the aforesaid order of this Court, there is no need to further proceed in the present matter. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties including the opposite party no.3 is hereby dropped. 6. The present contempt case stands disposed of. (Rajesh Shankar, J.) Vikas/ -2- Cont.
