The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1, 2 and 4 to give effect to the resolution passed in the meeting dated 17.05.2017 vide Annexure-H as per the representations dated 04.09.2017 of the petitioners vide Annexures-K, L, M, N and P. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Sri.P.V.Chandrashekar., counsel for the petitioners in presenting his arguments submits that the petitioners request for the allotment of industrial sheds in KSSIDC was resolved in a Resolution passed in a meeting that was held on 17.05.2017 vide Annexure-H. He argued by saying that the petitioners have made representations to respondents 1, 2 and 4 for allotment of industrial Plot on 12.08.2024. Hence, a - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:4126 WP No. 47806 of 2017 mandamus may be ordered to respondents 1, 2 and 4 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners. Counsel Smt.Sumangala., submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record. 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that they have made representations to the respondents 1, 2 and 4 on 12.08.2024 and the same have not been considered as of today. Hence, a Mandamus is ordered directing respondents 1, 2 and 4 to consider the representations dated 12.08.2024 submitted by the petitioners vide Annexures-Q, Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 in accordance with the law if not considered as of today, within six weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.
