From the CIS report of the learned trial court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of Criminal Complaint Case No. 5314/2012, it appears that the said case has already been disposed of by the learned V Civil Judge Junior Division/JMFC, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.), vide order dated 03.03.2025. 3 3.
