ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: direction more

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are calling the petitioners to the police station without there being any crime

3. registered against the petitioners. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would
4. submit that the police have received a complaint from one Ms.B.Lalitha. The petitioners were called to the police station to enquire into that issue and no crime has been registered against the petitioners so far. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due process of law in case of any crime has been registered against the petitioners. In absence of any crime against the petitioners, the police are directed not to call the petitioners to the police
5. station. There shall be no order as to costs.
4 As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
