ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against the petitioner. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the police have received a complaint from the unofficial same Station and Vide

4 respondent. The petitioner was called to the police station to enquire into that issue and no crime has been registered against the petitioner so far. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due process of law in case of any crime has been registered against the petitioner. In absence of any crime against the petitioner, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
