1. Mr. Rafat Ali, Irum Zeba & Mr. K.H. Gupta, Advocates for the petitioners.
2. Mr. Yogesh Chandra Tewari, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. Since the defect pointed out by the Registry is minor in nature, therefore, the same is overruled.
4. Heard
learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
5. Since common questions of fact and law are involved in these petitions, therefore, these petitions are clubbed together and are being heard & decided together. However, for the sake of brevity and convenience, facts of WPMS No. 634 of 2025 alone are being considered.
5. Land was acquired for erection of towers, laying of High Tension Power Lines by Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. The land owners were not satisfied with the amount, determined as

8. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if the court concerned is directed to take decision on the reference cases expeditiously.
9. Accordingly, the writ petitions are
disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide reference cases as early as possible, but not later than four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
