Sri.Ashok Haranahalli., Senior counsel on behalf of Sri.Abhijit Haranahalli., for the petitioners and Sri.Rajakumar.M., AGA for respondents 1 to 3 have appeared in person. 2. Though matter is listed today for preliminary hearing with the consent of counsel for the respective parties, it is heard. 3. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Notice dated:25.06.2025 issued by the first respondent vide Annexure-A in so far as it relates to respondent No.4 and respondent No.5. (b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to "Rationalize the Timings" before Assignment/ Re- assignment/ Variation of timings. - 4 -

Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ paper with care. 5. The apprehension of the petitioners is that the Additional Commissioner for Transport and Secretary, KSTA - the first respondent is proceeding to assign the timings without rationalizing of the timings in Mangaluru and Udupi District. Hence, the petitioners' request is to direct the first respondent to rationalize the timings first and thereafter assign the timings. 6. The relief sought by the petitioner is accorded and a mandamus is ordered directing the first respondent to rationalize the timings first and thereafter assign the timings in Mangaluru and Udupi District, as per the directions of this Court passed in W.P.No.5210/2024 disposed of on 23.02.2024. 7.
