Case No. 130 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 18, 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Hazaribag. 3. It was submitted that 13 gram of brown sugar and 620 grams of cannabis were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been stated at para-11 of this bail application. 4. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S.
