The petitioner was appointed as Anganwadi Worker in the 6*^ respondent Department at Kammarithota Anganwadi Center on 07.02.2007. The 3 respondent has also issued certificate(s) for successful completion of Orientation Training Course and New Module Refresher Course and in Early Child Care Education (ECCE). 3. The 6*'" respondent issued show-cause notice dated 17.07.2024 calling for explanation of the petitioner with regard to allegations against the petitioner about the irregularities in distributing eggs and administrative lapses. 4. To the said show-cause notice, the petitioner has submitted her explanation. Without considering the said explanation, it is contended that the 6*^ respondent has passed the impugned proceedings. 5. A perusal of the impugned proceedings would reflect that to the show- cause notice dated 17.07.2024, the petitioner has submitted the explanation to every questionnaire of the respondent. However, the impugned proceedings do not refer to either the said show cause notice or the explanation of the petitioner. Ni ) 4 /' ■ 6. Having regard to the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, setting aside the impugned proceedings and granting liberty to the respondents to pass appropriate orders afresh after conducting fresh enquiry pursuant to the show cause notice, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. In the meanwhile, the respondents are directed to reinstate the petitioner into service without back wages. 7. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
