GP FOR HOME THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 23353 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declaring to declaring the high handed action on the part of the respondents 5 and 6 here in interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioners and 7th respondent by threatening and not allowing the petitioners to cultivating the land in survey No 199/1B2 an extent of Ac 3.63 cents in Nakkaladinni Village, Chapadu Mandal as influenced the 7th respondent by misusing the official power is highly illegal arbitrary and contrary to the judgments of the APEX courts apart from violative of article 14,16,21 and 300A of the constitution of India and consequentially to direct the respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes in between respondent in respect of schedule property an extent of Ac 3.63 cents in survey No 199/1B2 and to pass.…” 2. Heard Sri B. Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondents 5 & 6 are interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioners and respondent No.7 and further not allowing the petitioners to cultivate their land of an extent of Ac.3.63 cents in Nakkaladinni Village, Chapadu Mandal. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondent. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station since no crime has been registered against the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
