The matter comes upon application filed seeking correction in fourth line from the bottom in Para No.9 of the order dated 04.09.2024, wherein ‘market value policy’ has been written in place of ‘reinstatement value policy’. Factual aspect is not disputed by counsel for the Insurance Company. Consequently, we deem it proper to rectify the typographical error. In tenth line of Para No.9, the word ‘market’ be replaced by ‘reinstatement’. This order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 04.09.2024. 2.
