CMP(M) No.901 of 2024 The instant application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, has been filed by the applicant/appellant for condonation of delay in filing the present appeal. The application is duly supported with the affidavit of Rahul Ghosalkar, Manager of the Insurance Company. Learned counsel for the non-applicants/respondents has opposed the present application on the ground that delay in filing the present application is intentional and willful and, therefore, the same deserves dismissal. Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay of 522 days in filing the present appeal, which in my considered view has sufficiently been explained, is hereby condoned.
