Case No. 482/2022 arising out of Bagbera P.S. Case No. 39/2022, for the offences registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C., 1960, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamshedpur. 3. The petitioner was having illicit relationship with her tenant Jitendra Kumar. On 11.03.2022, husband and father-in-law of the petitioner were found murdered in her matrimonial home. They were strangulated to death. 4. It appears that Bail Application of co-accused Jitendra Kumar has been rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 3098 of 2024. 6.
