GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 against the respondents 5 to 8 despite of their evil acts and imminent threat to the life and personal liberty of the petitioners and complaint dated 07-08- 2025 submitted by the petitioners as highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Rule of Law and violative Article 14, 19 and 300-A and spirit of Right to Protection of Life and Personal Liberty guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein to grant protection to life and personal liberty of the petitioners by considering the representation dated 07-8-2025 of the petitioners pending disposal of the above writ petition.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that during the course of enquiry it came to the light that the disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.5 are matrimonial disputes. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder: “It is submitted that, the 5th respondent i.e.,Devarakonda Sai Rekha Ranjini sent a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Bapatla on 28.07.2025. The same was forwarded to the Station House Officer, Bapatla PS vide BPT202507282372 for enquiry and take necessary action. The Respondent police gone through the contents of the representation made enquiry. Due enquiry it is came to light that, the petitioner and the 5th respondent having matrimonial disputes. Further the 3rd respondent police called the both parties for preliminary enquiry and family counseling. Further the both 3 parties appeared before the 3rd Respondent Police. The 3rd respondent given counseling to the both parties.” 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
