JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 24/09/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that appropriate legal notices were filed on 25.08.2025 (Annexure-7), however, even after a lapse of one month, the respondents have not considered the same. It is further submitted that management committee is not acting in accordance with law, facts and bio-log of the society and is acting arbitrarily. Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioners to file representation to the concerned authorities and respondent No.1 is directed to provide audience to the petitioners in-person or through their advocate on 07.10.2025 at 11:00 am in his office. Further, respective parties are permitted to participate in the hearing and thereafter respondent No.1 is directed to pass a speaking order, within a period of 30 days relying upon the judgment passed in Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.
