The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Senha P.S. Case No. 81 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No.150 of 2024, S.T. Case No. 98 of 2024 as passed in M.C.A. No.408 of 2024, vide CNR No.JHLH010014312024, for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Lohardaga. On the promise of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. When the prosecutrix pressurized the petitioner to marry her, the petitioner refused and accordingly, this case was registered. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for more than a year. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Lohardaga, in connection with Senha P.S.
