ORDER:
1. The Writ petition is being filed aggrieved with the action of the respondents in not releasing the two installment financial assistance of Rs. 15,00,000/- to the son of the petitioner by name Vuyyuru Tarun Kumar under “NTR Videshi Vidya Darana Scheme” Overseas Scholarship Application ID:OV2018120055 illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 & 21 of the Constitution of India. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner got selected under the scheme “Videshi Vidhya Darana Overseas Scholarship Application ID;OV2018120055, for studying his Master of Engineering Electrical Power at University of South Australia University, Australia. Though the son of the petitioner completed his study and requested to release the amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- under the scheme. Respondent Nos.1 to 5 did not consider the same. Hence the writ petition. as

On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare Department while admitting about the claim of the petitioner, submitted written instructions of the Director of BC Welfare in Rc.No.B/2227/024 dated 04.11.2024, wherein it is stated that, an amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- of the bill No.-.2024-1349486 has already been forwarded to student bearing Treasury through AP BC Corporation and the bill is waiting for fund clearance.
4. In view of the aforesaid directions of this Court in various cases and after hearing the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare Department, this Writ Petition is
disposed of, directing the respondents to release an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- petitioner namely Sri Vuyyuru Tarun Kumar under the Videshi Vidya Darana’ Overseas Scholarship Application to the son of the scheme ‘NTR 1D:OV2018120055, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of this order. It would also be open to the petitioner to agitate his differential amount and higher rate of interest, if any payable by the of a copy claim for respondents, in an appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs. pending in this Writ
5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any Petition shall stand closed.
