Heard Mr.S.Kousik, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent. 3. The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 09.01.2025. The petitioner filed an OnLine application on 28.01.2025 seeking for transfer of patta. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.
