PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 11.4.2011 passed by the Family-cum- Additional District Judge, East Godavari District at Rajahmundry, in M.C.No.2 of 2010. 2. Heard. Perused the entire material on record. 3. Pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 05.5.2025, notices could not be served to the parties despite best efforts made by the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, East Godavari District at Rajamahendravaram. It seems that parties are not residing in the addresses shown in the Criminal Revision Petition and the petitioner is not showing interest to prosecute the case. The Criminal Revision Case is pending since 2011. As both the parties are not showing interest, this Court is inclined to dismiss the Criminal Revision Case for non-prosecution. 4. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non- prosecutionp.
