GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- “….to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ Order or direction declaring the action of the respondent no. 2 and 3 in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner fair price shop no. 509008, situated in Chintalapudi Village, Chintalapudi Mandal, Eluru District. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies has furnished a copy of the show cause notice dated 01.09.2025 which was also acknowledged by the petitioner. 3. On the other hand, Ms. Anjanee Priya Jagarlamudi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to challenge the said show cause notice dated 01.09.2025. 4. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the show cause notice issued by the respondents on 01.09.2025.
