He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the respondent authorities are directed to deal with his concerns/grievances and pass appropriate order on the said representation. 3. Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Gaurav Bansal, DAG, Haryana and Mr. Ankur Mittal, Advocate, for respondent-HSVP are present in Court. Learned counsel for respondent-HSVP submits that the said representation shall be considered and decided by the competent authority, in accordance with law. 4. Without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Estate Officer-II, HSVP, Sector-14, Gurugram (competent authority), to look into the pending representation dated 19.12.2024 (Annexure P-10) of the petitioner and pass an appropriate reasoned order thereon, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order. 5.
