Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already received the arrears of pay, but the Provident Fund has not been paid to the petitioner, though as per the respondents, they have already processed the same. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that they have processed the papers of the petitioner for payment of Provident Fund in the month of June, 2025. 4. Considering the submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Sadar Hospital, Ranchi to ensure that the entire amount of Provident Fund along with statutory interest be paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 5.
