Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "I. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 and 3 to decide the application dated 02.12.2024 of the petitioner, expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by the Hon'ble High Court, to secure the ends of justice. (Annexure No.6 to this writ petition)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the application filed by the petitioner is not in proper format and he has remedy of filing application under the relevant provision of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application for redressal of his grievances under the provisions of U.P.
